PDF to Excel extracts text content from PDF pages and organises it into an XLSX spreadsheet. Each page becomes a separate sheet with text items placed in columns based on their horizontal position in the PDF.
Drop your PDF. pdfjs-dist extracts every text item along with its X/Y coordinates. Items on the same line are grouped into a row; their X positions are clustered into columns. The result is written to an XLSX file using SheetJS — entirely in your browser.
